2025: The Year I Took My Health Seriously

At the start of 2025, I had a serious conversation—with myself.

For years, I’d been coasting when it came to my health. I wasn’t unwell, but I certainly wasn’t thriving. Something had to change. So I made a decision: this would be the year I took my health seriously.

I’m lucky to have two close friends who are absolute experts in the health and wellness space—Gary Brecka and Gary Rhodes. With their guidance and support, I started making real, lasting changes to my lifestyle. It wasn’t about chasing perfection. It was about being intentional, consistent, and honest with myself.

Here’s what’s changed:

The results? Phenomenal.

My metabolic age has dropped from 60 to 42—a massive shift that speaks volumes. My weight has stabilized. My energy is high. My mindset is sharper. And for the first time in a long time, I feel like I’m truly in control of my health.

I’m incredibly grateful to Gary and Gary for their insight and encouragement. But more than anything, I’m grateful to myself—for deciding to show up, every day, and do the work.
